Who can become a Gather Health patient?
We accept older adults who are eligible for Medicare.

I’m not currently in an area where you have an office. Can I still sign up for Gather?
We accept patients who are on or eligible for Medicare. Our approach allows us to provide care both in our practice and your home. We are happy to discuss how we may serve you where you currently live.
Will you work with my specialists and/or hospital?
If you sign up as a patient, Gather Health will serve as your Primary Care Provider and partner with local-area specialists and hospitals.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We also accept traditional Medicare. However, we do not accept MassHealth One Care plans.
How do I or a family member become a Gather Health patient?
Call 617-340-8470 to find a provider near you and learn more about becoming a patient at Gather Health. You can also stop one of our locations that is near to you.
What are your hours of operation?
Our practice hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Patients with urgent needs can contact our team 24/7 via phone. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911.
