Liljana Mejia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of primary care experience across community health, in-home, and field-based settings. She spent nearly eight years as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, where she delivered culturally and linguistically sensitive care, designed individualized care plans, and collaborated across disciplines to support patients' physical, emotional, and social needs. Her experience also includes conducting comprehensive in-home assessments, evidence-based screenings, and point-of-care testing as a Bilingual English/Spanish house calls Nurse Practitioner, along with field-based primary care and care coordination for adults with complex needs at Commonwealth Community Care. Liljana earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (with a minor in Spanish) from Regis College. She holds active Family Nurse Practitioner certification through the AANP. Fluent in Spanish, she has a particular interest in women's health and family primary care. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing salsa, singing, and spending family time with husband, children, and pets.
