Brent is an emergency physician and entrepreneur with a range of experiences across private equity, health system, and academic medicine roles.

Before joining Gather, Brent spent five years with VillageMD, initially as Chief Operating Officer and then as President of Village Medical. Brent previously served as Chief Clinical Officer for both Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis and Mercy Health in Ohio and Kentucky.

Brent is passionate about business models that reward providers who deliver better outcomes and lower the total cost of care. During his time in the ER, he encountered countless patients who were struggling to access high quality primary care. He is committed to bringing advanced primary care to the populations who most need it.

Brent enjoys traveling, exercising outdoors, and visiting family. A native Minnesotan, Brent is an avid sports fan who just wants the Vikings to win a Super Bowl before he dies.

Zach is Gather Health’s Head of Finance and brings a wealth of experience in healthcare finance and value-based care to Gather Health’s leadership team. Prior to joining Gather Health, Zach served as the Vice President, Strategic Finance at Atrius Health, a multi-specialty risk bearing provider group in the Greater Boston market, where he played a pivotal role in shaping Atrius Health’s financial and strategic vision and notably in Atrius Health’s sale to Optum in 2022. Before his time at Atrius Health, Zach started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where he advised healthcare clients on a wide range of financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic partnerships.

Zach holds a BS from The Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences as part of the Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management.

Zach grew up in Nashville, TN but has been slowly moving his way up the East Coast and currently resides in Boston. When not thinking about healthcare, he enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Angela is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is trained as a Primary Care Provider. She graduated from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. Angela has provided primary care to patients in metro-Boston communities. She has also spent time designing and implementing clinical programs at the nationwide level. Angela focuses on understanding the unique needs of her patients and how they can be addressed. She is published in New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst for developing a care model that supports patients being discharged home from the hospital.

When she is not in the office, she enjoys cooking new recipes.

Dr. Griffin is the Regional Medical Director at Gather Health, bringing over 14 years of experience as a board-certified Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease physician. His career is distinguished by a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership in healthcare administration. Fluent in Spanish and with intermediate proficiency in Vietnamese, Dr. Griffin effectively communicates with diverse patient populations.

Before joining Gather Health, Dr. Griffin held several leadership roles, including Director of Ambulatory Medicine and Program Director for the Transitional Residency at Carney Hospital, as well as Infection Control Chair at New England Sinai Hospital. His experience includes managing complex medical care for hospitalized patients, conducting comprehensive assessments, interpreting diagnostic studies, and facilitating smooth transitions of care. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and optimizing healthcare delivery in various community settings.

Dr. Griffin is active in professional organizations and contributes to numerous publications and presentations, reflecting his dedication to ongoing learning and advocacy for quality healthcare for all. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his loved ones.

Matt is Gather Health’s Vice President of Operations and brings a wealth of P&L and operations experience to Gather Health’s leadership team. Prior to joining Gather Health in the fall of 2023, Matt served in a variety of leadership roles at ChenMed from 2018 to 2023 as an Executive Director in Broward county and Deputy Chief of Staff supporting the ChenMed executive team. Matt has also held senior leadership positions at the Pennsylvania Department of General Services from 2015-2018 where he was recently responsible for leading Pennsylvania’s internal warehouse and logistics network. Matt started his career as an aide to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and was a member of the Governor-elect’s transition team in 2014.

Matt holds a A.B. in Government from Harvard College where he was a member of the Varsity swimming team. Prior to Harvard, Matt was named to the 2008-2009 US National swim team for the 10K and represented the USA at the 2009 Junior Pan Pacific Games.

Matt was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida and currently resides in Boston with his wife. He enjoys history, travel and exploring the National Park System.

Soti is Gather Health's Senior Vice President, People and Talent and brings extensive experience in developing and executing innovative talent strategies to the company's leadership team. Prior to joining Gather Health, Soti held senior leadership roles at various healthcare organizations, including VillageMD and Radiology Partners, where she consistently drove efficiency and growth by aligning recruitment processes with business objectives. She excels at building high-performing, inclusive teams and is passionate about fostering a strong employer brand and robust talent pipeline.

Soti's expertise in talent management and organizational development is further strengthened by certifications in human resources and leadership coaching. She has a proven track record of success in leading high-performing talent teams during periods of high growth and overseeing significant organizational expansions

Outside of work, Soti enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking, paddleboarding, and boating with her husband and their daughters, along with their two Goldendoodles.

Lindsey serves as a seasoned healthcare growth leader with a strong background in growth strategy, communications, marketing, field operations, and patient engagement. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University and has built a career focused on scaling healthcare organizations through strategic growth initiatives, market expansion, and long-term patient retention. Most recently, Lindsey served as Vice President of Growth at Better Health Group, where she led the expansion of more than 100 primary care clinics across multiple states. In this role, she oversaw growth strategy, market development, and patient retention initiatives, managing digital and traditional marketing efforts alongside field growth and patient experience teams to strengthen community presence, improve loyalty, and support sustainable, value-driven care delivery.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and is deeply involved in supporting her daughter’s equestrian journey, proudly cheering her on in competitive hunter and jumper events.

Eric is a dedicated advocate for expanding primary care access and overcoming the obstacles that hinder a healthier life for so many. As a founding member of the management team at VillageMD, Eric played a pivotal role in establishing and managing operations in multiple markets. He also played a key role in co-creating a clinical operating model that delivers exceptional care to thousands of individuals in communities around the country.

Prior to his tenure at VillageMD, Eric held senior positions where he played a significant role in developing and driving transformative healthcare solutions at R1 (formerly Accretive Health) and Optum.

Eric’s leadership style is characterized by disciplined execution,innovative thinking, and a commitment to fostering an enjoyable work environment for his teams. Eric holds a BA in Economics and Finance, which he earned from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Katie serves as a member of the leadership team at Gather Health and is an accomplished value-based healthcare professional. She enjoys leveraging her master’s education from Lehigh University in Healthcare Systems Engineering to create innovative business strategies and operational processes, then brings these solutions to life with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Before joining Gather Health, Katie was employed by ChenMed. During her time there, Katie held positions as a Director in their National Center of Excellence for Operations and Talent Development, in addition to regional roles supporting the Philadelphia market as Assistant General Manager and Director of Network and Medical Costs. Katie has also held leadership positions at Cigna within their Provider Relations and Network Operations department where she was responsible for network development and value-based contracting for their Medicare Advantage business across 6 states.

Katie was born and raised in Connecticut and currently resides in Philadelphia. She enjoys the Philadelphia food scene, traveling, hiking, and most importantly spending time with her loved ones (especially those with four legs and wagging tails).

Andy is Chief Data Officer at Gather Health, where he leads the company’s AI and technology teams. His career has been built at the intersection of data and healthcare, including leadership roles at Clover Health and Roivant. He believes the best technology is the kind you forget is there — quietly helping care teams focus on what matters most: patients living longer, healthier, happier lives. Outside of work he's being thoroughly outmaneuvered by his three young boys... or showing up to the tennis court with more optimism than results.
